How to Request a Resmed Help Center Account

Instructions for how to request an account to access content in the Resmed Help Center.

Article ID: 4425

Access to most content in the Resmed Help Center requires a user account. Accounts are only available to Resmed employees and contingent staff who have a Resmed-issued email address. Request a Help Center user account (or changes to an existing account) as follows:

  1. Go to myITServices

NOTE: Alternatively, you can call the Resmed Help Desk at 877-907-9401.

  2. Click the Catalog option in the menu bar

  4. Click your name in the Request for field, enter the name of the person who requires the account, and select them from the list of names

  5. From the Access Request Type field, select either Provide access or Remove access (as appropriate)

  6. From the What content do you need access to? field, select the appropriate access group(s) from the list. Groups control what content the user can view and align with team roles.
