HME E-mail Responses to Alerts

By tracking these emails on a patient's account, we will be able to provide information to the patient if they call us back instead of their HME (Organization) and act accordingly to connect the patient directly if necessary.

You will be able to identify one  of these e-mails as they will have the subject of RE: ResMed ReSupply Alert.

  1. To start, locate the patients phone number in the body of the message.
  2.  Locate the patient's account in ResMedReSupply and enter the HME response using an Add Email Sent task.
  1. Link the patient's account to the Salesforce case and close your case using the Support Category of Vmail/Email - no action required and a Status of Closed - No Action.
