Reporting a Bad Number

When your caller advises that they don't know the patient and that the phone number belongs to the caller, you must perform the following three steps:

  1. Select Bad Number in the Tasks tab.
  2. Create an Add Other Note to the account with the bad number.
  3. Email/leave a task for the HME using the Bad Number template found here.
