Requesting Supplies Through MyResMedReSupply

This document has not been reviewed for external consumption. Use these steps to verbally guide patients through the patient portal however do not distribute a copy outside of the CSR team.


Step by Step Instructions

  1. Click on the following link: and log in using your credentials.
  1. After logging in, click on the Profile tab at the top of the page and click on the Request Sleep Apnea Supplies button underneath the word Profile
  1. On the next page, you will have the option of either ordering individual supplies or a complete sleep apnea kit. If you only want to request particular items, then select the checkbox next to Request Individual Supplies and a list of supplies will be shown. If you have any specific requests (for example: if you want to request a particular size of cushion) please include them in the Additional Comments field. 
  2. Once you are done selecting your kit/items, click on the Next button to continue.
  1. The next page will give you a chance to review your request before finalizing the order. Once you have checked to make sure that everything you need is on your order, click on Confirm to submit your order. 
  2. Your local home medical equipment provider office will verify your eligibility for any requested items with your insurance provider before they are sent out. For the most up to date information about your coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly.
