  1. After logging in, click on the Time Off tab at the top of the page. After the calendar comes up, click on the Request Time Off button in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. A new pop-up will appear where you can choose the day(s) that you want off (including partial days if needed) and any messages you want to send to our scheduler. It is important that you choose the correct activity to ensure the right kind of time off request is made. The following options you should use are:
  • PTO (Paid Time Off) – this option should be used if you want to use vacation time
  • Floating Holiday – if you worked during a statutory holiday (listed below) then you will be given a floating holiday to use at a later date. Use this option if you have one of these days banked. (See below for a list of these holidays)
  1. After you have filled out the form, click on the Submit Request button and the request will be sent to the scheduler for approval.

If Your Request was not Approved If Your Request was Approved
Despite our best efforts, if your request could not be approved you will see a Denied marked on the day (or first day if you requested a block of time off). If you click on the blue symbol in the Denied marker, you will receive an explanation why your request was denied. If your request was able to be accommodated, then you will see an Approved marker on your day (or first day if you requested a block of days).
