Supplies

Role required: Resupply user

The Supplies tab allows you to view, add and delete the patient's supplies.

Add supplies

To add supplies:

  1. From the Patients menu, select All patients
  2. Search for the patient using the preferred option from the search criteria list. 
  3. Click the patient's name in the Name column. 
  4. Select Supplies.
  5. Find the category for the item you want to add and click Add [item name].
  6. Enter all necessary information—HCPCS code, last supplied date and description.
  7. Click Save.

Delete supplies

To delete supplies:

  1. From the Patients tab, select All patients
  2. Search for the patient using the preferred option from the search criteria list. 
  3. Click the patient's name in the Name column. 
  4. Select Supplies.
  5. Next to the item you want to delete, click the X icon.
  6. To confirm, click Yes.

Note: You cannot delete a patient's mask if it is the only one listed.
