Review detailed report

A detailed report may display as part of a patient import file you successfully imported. This report is made up of warnings that provide a summary of patient information that ResMed ReSupply applied in the system differently than how you intended or expected. Typically these warnings do not require action and are meant for informational purposes only.

The following table provides a list of warnings you may encounter.

Warning Description
Patient {patient id}, {first name} {last name}, was assigned the following default payor: {payor cell}. The patient was not assigned to the payor listed because:
  1. the payor did not exist within ResMed ReSupply, or
  2. the text string used for the payor name did not exist as an alternate payor name in the system.

Click the Added to def. payor button on the Dashboard to verify patients recently added to the default payor.
