The Number of days allowed for shipping feature allows you customize outreach by letting your patients know when they can expect their supplies. By default, the value is set to 10 days but you can change the number to reflect the estimated time it takes your team to process and ship an order.
Patients can see the number of days allowed for shipping in the patient questionnaire and patient portal or hear it in an IVR call.
Set Days until assumed shipped
To update the number of days allowed for shipping:
- From the Administration menu, select Organization details.
- Click Edit.
- In the Call schedule section, use the arrows to adjust the number of days.
- Click Save.
