Shipping and Pickup Options
Within ResMed ReSupply, there are three shipping and pick-up options with corresponding end dialogues:

Shipping: Thank you. A member of the [HME] team will review your request and contact you if additional information is required. Otherwise, your supplies will be shipped within [X] business days. If you need to contact [HME] directly, please call [xxx-xxx-xxxx].

Pickup: Thank you. A member of the [HME] team will review your request and contact you if additional information is required. Otherwise, your supplies will be available for pick up within [X] business days. If you need to contact [HME] directly, please call [xxx-xxx-xxxx].

Contact patient to complete request: Thank you. Before your supplies are shipped, a representative from [HME] will contact your request.
Number of Days Allowed for Shipping
The Number of days allowed for shipping feature allows you to customize outreach by letting your patients know when they can expect their supplies. By default, the value is set to 10 days. You can modify the number to reflect the estimated time it takes your team to process and ship an order. A time frame can also be set for in-office pick-ups. Patients can see the number of days allowed for shipping in the patient questionnaire in the patient portal or hear it in an automated call.
To select a shipping or pickup option and update the number of days allowed for shipping:

Hover over the Administration tab

Select Organization details from the drop-down menu

Scroll down to the bottom of the page

Click the Edit button

In the Outreach schedule section, under Shipping and Pickup Options:

For orders that will be shipped, use the arrows to adjust the number of days in the Allow <value> day(s) for shipping field

For orders that will be picked up in-office, use the arrows to adjust the number of days in the Allow <value> day(s) before in-office pickup is available field

Click the Save button
