ReVive Feature

The ReVive feature is used to re-engage your non-ordering patient population by sending a physical letter to the patient, using their address in the platform. This feature comes at an additional cost.
ReVive letters can be scheduled to be sent from 12+ through 18+ months. For example, if you choose the 12+ month mark, the platform will review the Last Supplied dates of all of your patients and send letters to anyone who hasn't ordered in 12+ months.
When enabled, the dashboard will show an additional category in the Upcoming activity (Next 14 days) section labeled Revive letters.
Click Revive letters to monitor and review the list of patients and action their accounts.
Keep in Mind:

The letter is standard across all HME/DMEs and is non-editable. See Example Revive Letter.

The letter will contain your HME name, number, address, and logo.

The price depends on your existing contract with ResMed ReSupply. You can view these details under Patient Letters pricing.

At this time, we are unable to filter the patient population and send letters exclusively by Payor or last name etc.
