Reset Password

Role required: Resupply user, Organization administrator

If you have issues signing in to the HME portal, you can request a reset password email or have your organization administrator help you reset your password.

Reset password - email

To reset your password:

  1. Go to
  2. Click Forgot your password?.
  3. Enter your username and the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Email link.
  5. Check your inbox for a ResupplySupport email.
  6. Open the email, click Please set your password now.
  7. On the Set password page, enter your username and a new password that meets the password requirements.
  8. Click Set.

Tip: Before you begin, make sure you have access to the email address associated with your ResMed ReSupply account.

Reset password - Organization administrator

Organization administrators can set a default password for another user or send a password reset email to them.

To send a password reset email:

  1. From the Administration menu, select Users.
  2. Scroll through the list and click the user's name.
  3. In the Password section, click Set password. 
    • If the user has a verified email address, click Set password to send the password reset email.
    • If the user does not have an email address on file, enter a new password that meets the password requirements, and click Save.  

Tip: Every time you set a new password for a user, have them update their password after they log in. 

Update password

To update your current password:

  1. Log in to the HME portal.
  2. At the top left of the page, click your username.
  3. In the Password section, click Set password. 
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter a new password that meets the password requirements.
  6. Click Save.
