Today's ReSupply Schedule

Shows activity in the platform scheduled for today:

• Live call transfers — shows the number of resupply notification telephone calls that the interactive voice response (IVR) system transfers to a live client services representative (CSR). The CSR asks the patient questions from the resupply questionnaire.

• Auto-calls — shows the number of resupply notification telephone calls that are scheduled to be sent from the IVR system. The IVR asks the patient questions from the resupply questionnaire.

• Emails — shows the number of resupply notifications that are scheduled to be sent by email.

• Text Messages — shows the number of resupply notifications that are scheduled to be sent by SMS/text message.

Recent Activity  

Shows activity in the platform over the last three days:

• New patients

• Updated patients

• Added to def. payor

Upcoming Activity (Next 14 days)

Shows activity in the platform scheduled for the next 14 days. This option is only displayed when the ReVive or Auto-inactivation features are enabled. Any ReSupply user can click into either group, find and review the list. They are also able to export it if needed.

• Patients to be inactivated

• ReVive letters

Depending on their notification preferences, patients may receive a call and email on the same day. The schedule on the Dashboard can help you anticipate the number of supply requests you can expect the following day.
