After you respond to a patient's inquiry, we recommend you close the work item.
Close messages
You can close messages individually or in bulk.
Close individual messages
To close individual messages:
- On the Dashboard, click Messages.
- Select the checkbox next to the work item.
- (Optional) You can enter Notes in the text field for future reference.
- Click Close selected items.
Close messages in bulk
To close multiple messages at the same time:
- On the Dashboard, click Messages.
- Select more than one checkbox next to the work items.
- Click Close selected items.
- (Optional) You can enter notes in the text field for future reference.
- Click Close.
