Adding an Organization Logo

Instructions for adding an organization logo in ResMed ReSupply.

To enable welcome letters for your patients, you must upload your organization's logo and then turn on the functionality within the platform. See Enabling Welcome Letters for further instructions.  

Your organization's logo appears on all welcome letters that go out to patients. To upload the logo:

  1. Hover over the Administration tab

  2. Select Organization details from the drop-down menu 

  3. At the bottom of the page, click the Edit button

  4. Under Organization logo (Not provided) click the Upload logo button 

  5.  Select an image and click the Upload button

  6. Click the Save button 

NOTE: The image must be in PNG or JPEG format, not exceed 5 MB in size, and be at least 400 pixels in height and 984 pixels in width.
