Enabling Welcome Letters

Instructions for enabling Welcome Letters in the ResMed ReSupply platform.

Role required: Organization administrator

To enable welcome letters for your patients, you must upload your organization's logo and enable the functionality in the platform. See Adding an Organization Logo for instructions on uploading a logo to Welcome Letters.

Once you upload the logo, proceed as follows to enable Welcome Letters: 

  1. Hover over the Administration tab

  2. Select Organization details from the drop-down menu 

  3. At the bottom of the page, click the Edit button

  4. In the Outreach Schedule section, under Welcome Letter, check the Send a welcome letter to new patients via mail box

  5. Select the desired number of days from the Delay initial outreach by drop-down menu

    NOTE: The purpose of delaying initial outreach is to allow additional time for a patient to receive the welcome letter, review it, and become familiar with the program.

  6. Click the Save button

This service has an additional fee per letter, depending on your contract with ResMed ReSupply. Please contact your Solutions Operations Specialist to discuss this.
