Enable welcome letters

Role required: Organization administrator

To enable welcome letters for your patients, you must upload your organization's logo and enable the functionality in the platform.

Upload organization logo

Your organization's logo appears on all welcome letters that go out to patients. To upload the logo:

  1. In the Administration menu, select Organization details.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Edit.
  3. Under Organization logo (Not provided) click Upload logo
  4.  Select an image and click upload.
  5. Click Save. 

Note: The image must be in PNG or JPEG format, not exceed 5 MB in size, and be at least 400 pixels in height and 984 pixels in width.

Enable welcome letters

Once you upload the logo, to enable welcome letters, complete the below steps:

  1. In the Administration menu, select Call schedules.
  2. In the Name column, click Ongoing CPAP sleep schedule.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Edit.
  4. Under Welcome letter, check Send a welcome letter to new patients via mail
  5. Set a number of days for Delay initial outreach by. 
  6. Click Save.

Tip: You can delay initial outreach by a specified number of days to allow additional time for a patient to receive the welcome letter, review it and become familiar with the program.
