Export a patient list

ResMed ReSupply allows you to export a list of patients from the All patients page for reporting and analytics or to import to other systems, such as billing management, mail merge, etc. To pre-filter the list of patients before you export, click Show only and select the appropriate filter options.

Download patient list

From the Patients menu, select All patients.
If the filters do not appear, click Show only to apply the necessary filters to your list, then click Apply.
Click Export patients.

Once you click Export patients, the system exports the list of patients to an .xlsx file (Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet). In the spreadsheet, you can find the following fields:

Last name
First name
Patient ID
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Zip
Country
Last supplied

Payor
Payor member ID
Contact method
Added (date)
Updated (date)
Date of birth (DOB)
Area code number 1
Phone type 1
Area code number 2
Phone type 2

Location
Last reply
Call schedule
Gender
Status
Next outreach
Outreach paused (yes/no)
- Note: This column only indicates "Yes" if notifications were paused at the patient level.
