Patient portal account activation
A patient must activate their account before they can access the patient portal.
Activate patient portal account
To activate their account, the patient must complete the following steps:
- Go to https://myresupply.resmed.com/.
- On the ResMed ReSupply Login page, under the Login button, select Activate your account.
- Enter the email address that is on file with your organization.
- Enter the four-digit year they were born (for example, 1961).
- Click Continue.
- After a few minutes, check their inbox for an email message from ResMed ReSupply.
- In the email, click the Confirm your account button.
- On the ResMed ReSupply Set password page, enter a new password that meets the password requirements.
- Click Continue.
