Patient portal account activation

A patient must activate their account before they can access the patient portal.

Activate patient portal account

To activate their account, the patient must complete the following steps:

  1. Go to
  2. On the ResMed ReSupply Login page, under the Login button, select Activate your account.
  3. Enter the email address that is on file with your organization.
  4. Enter the four-digit year they were born (for example, 1961).
  5. Click Continue.
  6. After a few minutes, check their inbox for an email message from ResMed ReSupply.
  7. In the email, click the Confirm your account button.
  8. On the ResMed ReSupply Set password page, enter a new password that meets the password requirements.
  9. Click Continue.
