Reset patient portal access

HME users can reset access to a patient's portal account if their email address changes and they want to use the new email address to access the portal. For step-by-step instructions, check-out the Reset patient portal access article. 


Patient import tool enhancements

If the Email address and Phone number fields are left blank in the import template, the system will no longer overwrite the existing phone number or email address in the patient's profile. 

New fields in the patient list export file

HME users can use the patient list export in the All patients page to report on the number of patients with an email address on file and those with a registered patient portal account. The new columns in the export file are labeled, 

  • Email
  • Registered on Portal


New VGM shipping options

HMEs using the ResMed ReSupply + VGM integration have access to additional shipping options when processing supply requests. The updated list includes the following options:

  • Standard shipping signature required
  • 2 Day Delivery
  • 2 Day + Signature
  • 2 Day + Saturday Delivery
  • Overnight
  • Overnight + Signature
  • Priority Overnight + Saturday
  • Priority Overnight
  • Overnight Saturday + Signature
