Bookmark Articles for Reference
Describes how to create a bookmark folder for frequently used articles and how to add articles to it for easy access in the future.

Active Learning allowed you to pin frequently used articles for ease of access. Alternatively, in Help Center, create a new bookmark folder in your browser for frequently used articles.
To add a bookmark folder:

Right-click on any free space in your bookmark bar (you may have to set your browser to display the bar)

Choose Add Folder... from the drop-down menu

Enter a name for your new folder

Click Save
To add a frequently used article to your bookmarked folder:

Navigate to the article you would like to add

Click the Star icon on the right side of the address bar

Select your frequently used folder

Click Done
