Log into Help Center

Instructions for logging into the Help Center.

The Help Center uses Okta for access. You must have an account to access ACE content. If you do not have a Help Center account, see How to Request a ResMed Help Center Account (ID: 4425) for details on requesting access.

Log into Help Center as follows:

  1. Open your browser

  2. Go to https://resmed.okta.com/app/UserHome
    You should log into Okta automatically

  3. Locate and click the ResMed Help Center tile in your Okta apps
    It will look something like this:

NOTE: If you do not have the ResMed Help Center tile in Okta, contact your Team Lead to request an account.
